This Client needed a seamless addition to their Santa Barbara-style home for a new bar area with Family Room large enough for entertaining but cozy enough for family movie nights. The new wing will have a large stone fireplace with built-in benches as well as multiple pairs of French doors opening onto a covered terrace and pool.
