Because this 9,200 s.f. shell building planned for medical office sits behind two other buildings from the main road, corner "towers" were designed for signage and visibility. The building uses passive solar design elements with a unique combination of horizontal roof overhangs and vertical "fins", as well as planting against it to shade the exterior walls.
